Design -  Clay personally designs each project with his clients wants, needs and budget as the top priorities, along with site conditions such as views, access, egress and neighboring structures, resulting in a final product that both pleasing and affordable.

Construction documents - Working plans include everything necessary to obtain a building permit. This includes structural engineering, energy calculations, and plans that are easy to understand by the construction crew as well as the owner.

Construction -  From excavation to final polish and cleanup, MDC provides all phases of the construction process. Clay and his in-house employees provide the concrete and carpentry on all jobs, as well as most of the other trades on additions and remodels.  On larger scale projects,  the other trades are handled by experienced licensed subcontractors who have all been working with MDC for many years.  Promptness and courtesy are of utmost importance to us.
